I have gotten the same message for the past 2 years. Called Turbo Tax and explained situation. Got a return back from supervisor, but no resolution was ever done. I had to pay another tax service to file several 1099 NEC's for my sub contractors. I will not use Turbo Tax this year because they have not proved to me that the issue is corrected. Twice bitten is enough...
