Got an email that says my state refund was rejected even though it was accepted in January & i received it, when i go on turbotax app there is no where to fix the return

I did get rejected at first and i already fixed it in January but i still got the email barely yesterday saying it was rejected is it just telling me it was rejected before or does it mean it was rejected again?
