I went ahead and purchased a new computer but I can't find any solid instructions about how to get my prior years returns transferred to the new computer. I still have my license codes but I never get asked for them. It's like they want me to buy it again. I've wasted so many hours on this. Why hasn't turbo tax planned better for this? It's like they don't know what they're doing. It's surprising they're still in business.
