Itsdeductible is an essential part of the integrated Turbo Tax software. If you remove it I think there is a high risk of losing a significant part of your tax software marketing share. I like many have been a Turbo Tax customer many years 30+. I am retired from 35+ years of work in IT field. I understand the impact and frustration this causes end user of the Itsdeductible software. As result of your decision to discontinue Itsdeductible, I have already started reviewing other tax software with the intention of switching from Turbo Tax to some other integrated solution that manages charitable deductions. However, I hope you will quickly reverse your decision to discontinue Itsdeductible and embrace its value to a large user base of customers. A reversal in your decision hopefully will start restoration of confidence in your leadership.
