I think you would be better off escalating this issue about ItsDeductible to the Intuit Office of the President, as I recently did. Note: You will have to check "yes" to the question about having previously contacted Customer Support in order to send the complaint, which I think is fine since there is no option in the Customer Support phone number menu to talk to anyone about ItsDeductible.
I think there is a chance that they might reconsider as they have done before--the more people that the Intuit's executives hear from, the better. However, I received a response from someone at the Office of the President indicating that the decision was "firm." I also asked that the elimination of ItsDeductible be at least delayed until after the 2025 tax filing deadline.
