How do I calculate a Special Depreciation Allowance? and an AMT Special Depreciation Allowance?

On the review of my final form, I was asked to enter a Special Depreciation Allowance for an asset entry, and also an AMT Special Depreciation Allowance, and I have no idea how to calculate that. Any ideas from anyone?
