I am going to add to the huge list of unsatisfied loyal customers. TurboTax managers, please consider these messages as your customers asking you to support Windows 10.
I have been using TurboTax for more than 25 years. If I have to download the software instead of buying a disc that is fine as long as it is the desktop version. Do not want to upload all my financial data to the online version.
I have a desktop running Windows 10 in which I have replaced every piece of hardware except for the hard drive, because I do not want to have to reinstall all my programs. I even replaced the power supply. However, this computer still cannot be upgraded to Windows 11.
So I either have to buy another computer just to use TurboTax or I have to stop using TurboTax. This is a choice I should not have to make. As a software engineer, I know you could easily support Windows 10 forever, just like other companies support even older versions of Windows. Windows 10 is just 1 version back, is not like Windows XP or 7 which people are still using and still works.
