I live in Thailand, when I click to file this message appears: "Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information: State Zip code".

I live in Thailand and entered my Thai mailing address.  I ordered Max Benefits, when I click on Start at Step 3 this message appears:  

"Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information:

  • State
  • Zip code" 

I tried changing the address to my son's address but that didn't work.
