In TurboTax, go to:
- Other Tax Situations
- Business Taxes
- Self-Employment tax
Click "Make Adjustments"
Enter the amount of income that is subject to self-employment tax as "Other SE NonFarm Profit."
That will create Schedule SE, and the self-employment tax will appear on Schedule 2.
