So I first arrived in US as green card holder in Nov 2024 and stayed for 1 week. I have two qiestions:
How will my 2024 taxes can be filed ?
Also i visited the US again twice in March 2025 for 18 days
Jult 2025 for 14 days
And will visit again in Dec 2025 for 10 days makimg my total days in US in 2025 as 42 days
For 2025 taxes Can I use the foreign exclusions counting from Dec 2024 to Nov 2025 to statisfy the 330 days period stayed abroad. I understand in such my dec 2025 salary will not be excluded.
