New Mexico non-resident income allocation / duplication

Hi,

I am a member of a oil & gas partnership with wells producing in New Mexico where I do not live and have no other activity in New Mexico. I have a K-1 from this partnership and the partnership filed a composite return and paid taxes on my behalf. However, indications are, I will be due a small refund from New Mexico and am therefor filing for the refund.
The issue I have in TurboTax is it seems to be asking me for the same information on two different screens, and each time I input the requested amount, my taxes increases, thus, you know it is taxing me twice.

The first problem screen is the "Income Allocation" screen, focusing on "Income from Pass-Through Entities". It seems to ask for a number here and again a screen later "Business Allocation Summary". I am attaching screen shots of each where the number is asked for and entered and each time I enter, increasing my tax.

TurboTax is giving me ZERO help as for why I would simply skip one of these boxes to get to the right amount due. So I don't understand what is going on.
I am also getting an completely nonsensical error which i have included in one of the screen shots. If I follow it through on the forms, the logic is completely circular, so I can't make heads or tales out of the error message.
Pictures are of the relevant screens and my New Mexico K-1 equivalent.

I have called the TurboTax expert line and they had NO clue what to do. First Screen that takes Federal Sch E Line 32 (had to trace on my own, no help from TT)First Screen that takes Federal Sch E Line 32 (had to trace on my own, no help from TT)These amounts tie to my New Mexico K-1. I don't understand the error message, because the only numbers i have entered are the other screen pictured of 151666 and these here. So how the heck is it generating an error? These amounts tie to my New Mexico K-1.
