After many years of satisfied use of TurboTax paid versions, I am finding it impossible to connect to a support person on a call. Is this a common observation/experience ?

After many years of satisfied use of TurboTax paid premier versions, I am finding it impossible to connect to a support person on a call this year. It used to be straightforward in the past. Is this a common observation/experience ?
