I want to know why I can't talk to a **bleep** human. There is absolutely zero support for users. It's like TurboTax takes all our personal information, and tax information. Then refuses to speak to us unless we pay a premium! Im not paying a premium to do my own taxes. And I don't need a "tax professionals" help. I don't need to speak with a tax professional. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON ABOUT TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR YOUR WEBSITE WHICH REFUSES TO SHOW ME MY PREVIOUS YEARS DOCUMENTS. IT ONLY SHOWS ME MY RETURN TOTALS. Yet it's listed as "Documents" and I'm supposed to be able to see my previous years documents. But I guess TurboTax lies then avoids any support when you have a technical issue with their website and what you can... or can't do I suppose.
