You didn't state what you are ultimately trying to achieve, so I'll assume you are needing to enter a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN).
"Other Tax Situations" is not on a main tab. It is on a subtab (secondary tab.) When you click on a main tab you should see subtabs underneath it. "Other Tax Situations" is found under the main Federal tab, except for the desktop edition Home and Business. In Home and Business it is under the Personal tab (Home and Business does not have a Federal tab.)
In the desktop software the main tabs are arranged horizontally across the top of the screen. In Online TurboTax, the tabs are arranged vertically in the left menu column and expand to show the subtabs.
If you tell us exactly what product you are using, we can make you a screenshot. So please state if you are using Online TurboTax (web browser version) or the installed desktop software. And if desktop software, what edition--Deluxe, Premier, or Home and Business?
Also, if you are using Online TurboTax, are you able to go back to your return interview OK, or does TurboTax think you were finished? If Online TurboTax thinks you were finished, the interview may be closed, and you won't have a full left-column menu, but we can tell you how to open it back up.
