Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To add your 1099-C in TurboTax Business, follow the steps below:

1. Open the return.
2. Click on Federal Taxes tab.
3. Click on the Income tab.
4. Scroll down to Other income or loss. Click Start.
5. Answer yes for the question, Any Other Income?
6. Enter the description and the amount on the following screen.

To input your previous tax paid in TurboTax Business, follow the steps below:

1. Open the return.
2. Click on Federal Taxes tab.
3. Click on the Other tab.
4. Click Start next to Other Tax Withholdings. 
5. Enter the amount paid on the next screen. This will flow to Line 26 of the 1041.
