Hi, I got the same error message for 3 days trying to file my state tax (CA). Tried with 2 different computers and same issue.. called customer support.. she couldn't figure it out either .. after 20 minutes she said did you try the Pay by Phone under the Help menu? I found it, called the number and paid on phone with a person. She gave me the payment confirmation code and I was able to file my state tax.
I can't believe Turbo tax can not fix this ongoing issue...
