Locked Out of TurboTax While Abroad – Need 2FA Reset ASAP

Hi TurboTax team,

I’m [PII removed], a Grammy-nominated producer currently on tour in Europe. I legally reside in the U.S. under an O-1 visa, and I just purchased TurboTax Home & Business 2023 (PII removed) to file my 2023 return.

However, I’m now completely locked out of my Intuit account because 2-step verification is tied to a U.S. phone number I can’t access from Belgium. iMessage doesn’t trigger the code, and the “passkey” login doesn’t work.

This is blocking me from complying with the IRS and completing urgent filings that impact my visa renewal and U.S. business. I have all proof of purchase and identity.

I’ve tried every option — now I just need someone from the account recovery or security verification team to reset the 2FA and switch me to email verification or temporary access.

Please escalate this request or provide a contact I can email directly. I am filing in good faith and just need access to the product I paid for.
