I have the same exact issue.. been trying to 2 days.
I am at the point where it takes you to your Intuit account to pay the $25.00 to file the state tax..
Keep getting the error. I restarted my computer, check for updates on the Turbotax software.. not sure what else I can do at this point. I will try tomorrow at my work's computer, hopefully it works...
