I was told from Turbo Tax that I had filed prior to their software updates and needed to file an amendment. I did just that and it lowered my tax. I e-paid my tax and today 06-06-25 I received another bill for even more tax due from the IRS. WTF is going on here? Now I need to spend another day on the phone with IRS and find why my e-pay did not even get received from the IRS and why did this all get screwed up again. Where is my tax money that I e-payed through TT?
I am extremely pissed with Turbo Tax and will replay again after speaking with the IRS again!
