The IRS sent me a letter stating I didn’t pay my federal taxes even though I did. I have proof on my credit card that I did pay my federal taxes. What do I do?

What should I do to fix this problem? I’ve called the IRS multiple times and they don’t know what’s going on or how to help me and they keep telling me to call Turbotax and they apparently can’t help me either.
