@f-kay12345 , since you are filing for the decedent i.e. collecting the refund of/for the decedent, two names / details are required. If you look at form 1310, it asks for the details of the decedent and after that asks for the "recipient's" name / address / SSN etc.. So , not knowing exactly where you are in the form interview , I would strongly suspect that TurboTax is asking for your ( the recipient's ) SSN -- it should already have the decedent's details since the return is in the name of the decedent.
If it is possible for you to go/use forms mode you can see exactly what TurboTax is filling out and correct if required.
