I made my 2024 federal tax payment on April 16th 2025 and a small payment on April 25 2025. These amounts were drafted from my bank account but are still showing "pending" status on my IRS account. I made them via the IRS site. I received a CP14 notice that I owe the amount paid plus interest. How can I resolve this issue.
