Mine has been stuck in waiting for payment since January 17th. As in waiting for the payment to hit my account. Multiple calls to the customer service department has resulted in zero changes in 5 months. I have even filed a claim with their online claims department with full documentation. The result: they still try to bill me for max service with zero attention given to my claims or problems. At this point I’m left having to contact my lawyer to resolve this.
