I have used TT for a few years now. I went to sign on to get my AGI and it told me my password was incorrect. I then reset my password. When I logged in, my username and ALL of my returns from 2024 to the previous years were gone. I file one other persons taxes with the same email (I thought it was a different email but it has their name and username) and their stuff is still there but all of mine is gone. Has anybody else experienced this? I do not have a copy of previous returns saved anywhere. Is there a way to recover them without having to go through the IRS?
