If I co-buy a house with my father as a rental, do we report 1/2 of the rent, costs, deductions, etc. We live in California. My father and the rental will be in Arizona.
I already have 1 rental property in Arizona. Would having a second rental require me to file taxes in Arizona? I did NOT in 2024 based on TurboTax.
