I filed my taxes in April. When I log into the app for updates it keeps bringing me back to the sign and file even though I already signed and filed. What does this mean?

I am afraid my taxes were indeed never filed and the app won't give me a rep to speak with. It just says it could be an app glitch. I'm worried that the IRS didn't get my taxes, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to sign and file again, and have more fees taken out.
