If you are using the downloaded software, it can have an indefinite number of returns, they are separate files, the same as if you installed Microsoft Word and had many different word documents.
If you need to start a new return, use control-N or find New Return in the menu.
If you want to not be able to see other tax return documents on the same computer, the owners of these documents would have to password protect them to lock you out.
