I have the same issue. I specifically answered all the questions for this form and provided all of the information in the interview process, but when I go to the form after completing the entire TurboTax process and submitting my returns electronically, the form is blank!? So am I supposed to print & fill out the blank form manually now?! WTF & WTH TURBOTAX!? I AM SO DONE WITH YOU
