if you have made and continue to make timely payments of 110% of your 2024 tax (1/4 on or before the due dates), you can pay the balance for 2025 when you file. if you are paying through estimates, I would suggest setting them up in Direct Pay if you don't do so already. Things happen and you don't want a payment to be late.
