I've requested a refund long time ago - I haven't used the service once & it was purchased by a mistake
I’m writing to follow up on a refund request I submitted some time ago. I accidentally purchased a TurboTax service and have not used it at all since the transaction. The purchase was made by mistake, and I realized it shortly afterward.
Despite submitting a refund request, I have not received any response or update. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and assist with processing the refund as soon as possible.
