Need to amend 2023 return for HSA distributions do I need to file both federal and state

Hi, I forgot to include my 1099-SA for HSA distributions for 2023. They were used for medical expenses so no refund amount changes.

I know I need to amend my federal return, do I also need to mail in an amended state return? I am in Illinois.
