If I send my file to the agent, does Turbo tax charge for a heavy fee?
I think turbotax purposely make the program more difficult and non traceable, also user cannot override the mistake turbotax made. So they can make more money as an consultant. It is very disappointed. I use turbotax for many years, and now I am thinking whether I should continue to use it in the future.
