TurboTax said that the IRS has accepted my tax refund and they have not approved my tax refund

Hello my name is {removed}. I e-filed my tax return through TurboTax and TurboTax accepted my taxes and the IRS also accepted my tax return on April 18th 2024. And the IRS has not been approved my refund. Why the hell they are not approving my refund
