So, I was having issues with this too and your response was great. I found remedy when i went into my computer screen display settings and zoomed out and i went into the turbotax cd/rom software and zoomed out (ctrl -) this allowed for me to see the bottom of screen to go through the process of paying. Hopefully this helps the readers.
