Issue was resolved.
With great help from the TurboTax helpdesk, they advised me to do the "Repair" on my both Microsoft Visual C++.
I have the following versions:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.42.34433 AND 14.42.34438.
In Control Panel, I clicked on the program name and clicked "Change" tab. In the pop-up, I clicked the "Repair" button.
I am now able to open my TT 2024. YEAH!!!
