Not that I asked you. However, I did in fact file through them, I did in fact receive an email that said "You Did it! Your all FILED for the year!" So if I didn't file why would I get the email. Why would it show me my tax document to download. Why would someone pay the fee amd not complete the return. That's ridiculous. I've filed through them since 2012. I know how to use it. I'm sorry but I don't sit and watch my bank account penny for penny or my email. I entrusted them. TT does in fact pay for penalties and fees if it was their error, which I am trying to prove through them now. You sound a lot like them too, putting the blame back on the consumer.
