This EXACT same thing is happening to me. I file through TT since 2012. I got an email even saying "You Did it, your taxes are all filed for the year!". I also have the email confirming I paid. I went to file this year, and it didn't have my AGI. I tried to go into 2023 tax records. It has the file listed download your .tax file. When I try to open, it gives an error "file not supported." It's been a months long battle. Finally I am in contact with the Guarantee department. They of course won't admit to any fault for not transmitting it to the IRS. They have lied countless times. Saying they have no report of a system error, but none of them can upload my document. Even said old documents can't be uploaded, but I was able to upload all from 2018 and through, except which one? You guessed it 2023, the one missing. I think we should all get together and file a lawsuit.
