Signed up for turbo tax advantage and they sent me an email saying I have to select my one free audit defense. It wanted to make me pay for it. When I called Turbo Tax no one knew anything about this. They sent me different places. I talked to 4 different people. They hung up on me. Told me to call other people who knew nothing about this. I spent hours on the phone for them to say I am not an advantage member even though they sent me an email saying I am. What a waste of time. Customer service is horrible. Plus their prices are going way up. Thinking about switching to another service
