Do we still get MAX protection??
I've seen several people complain that they cannot access MAX and IDNotify via the TurboTax website... does that mean that we won't get customer support if we have a problem??
If we can't go to the "dashboard" to create our accounts, what will happen if we have a problem?
Can TurboTax/Intuit GUARANTEE they'll help us?
