Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have pulled the correct numbers from previous tax year. But it keeps getting rejected. I’ve been rejected three times now. My tax is very simple now that I am single, TurboTax has been useless to with any support at this point.
If your 2023 return was a joint return, for the first efile attempt one would normally use the full AGI from 2023, without dividing it; i.e., the amount on your 2023 Form 1040, Line 11. It should be from the original 2023 return (not an amended one, if any.)
I assume that's what you tried, so if you received an AGI efile rejection, you can now try using a 2023 AGI of 0 (zero) to see if that works. The 0 works especially if the return was filed real late in the year; i.e., too late to get into the IRS database. At other times no one knows the reason it doesn't match the IRS database, but trying AGI of 0 often works.
