My e-filing was rejected. How do I fix this?
I've tried to follow the steps from TurboTax and I'm still unable to fix the issue. When I try to fix the issue on the app, it tells me that I can only fix it by logging on to the website. However, the website is making me file my taxes all over again and it's making me pay another set of filing fees, as if I never filed my taxes. How do I fix this?
