So the payment amount listed on the 1040-V was correct and matched the amount listed on line 20. It is the address on the 1040-V for the amount I owed on the amended tax return which was incorrect and printed the KC address to send the payment, but the instructions stated to send payment to KY.
My best guess is this is a programming error, as amended returns are to go to KC, but payments to KY? I guess we will see what happens as I mailed it ahead of the April 15th deadline. Hope it goes ok.
In addition to the address, it was really weird on how Turbo Tax worked for state. Audit would not let me file state until Federal was accepted, which then took me to a weird spot where my best option was to print it off and mail it in, rather than file electronically.
