I think the first time I entered this I clicked "I can't find it and I need help" hoping for some guidance and Turbotax was asking me information about the number of shares that were held back for taxes, etc. Later we found the corrected adjusted basis (taking into account the W-2 income component) as a straight dollar figure which we entered in the manner you posted.
Problem was, once I had gone down "need help" route, TTax wouldn't let me go back and simply enter the basis. I had to delete the entire RSU transaction and start over.
