I was very disappointed in this new format. Not customer friendly at all.
I have a new computer and wasn't able to get 10 years of information off the old one.
It took way too long to find what I needed just to get my tax started.
I have used TT for over 10 years no complaints. I miss the CD.
Making us have an Intuit Account was annoying. It should be our choice.
I will not recommend TT for next year.
