I have TT desktop for Windows on a Windows 10 PC and had the same problem, multiple tries. Same message but no data imported into TT. What I did to resolve the issue was change my default browser from Brave to Edge, reboot, load TT and try again. Worked for me. Hopefully it will for someone else. THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS! I don't like Edge but if using it will help me get my taxes done, I'll change my default browser back to Brave tomorrow.
