Upgraded desktop computer, cannot access files

I am unable to access my TurboTax app or files without the activation code, which I have but doesn’t work.  I have tried to log into my Intuit TurboTax account and do not receive the codes it says have been sent.  This is the first time my account info has worked.

 

I believe the problem is because TurboTax was authorized on my previous desktop computer.  I upgraded to a new iMac M3 in August 2024 and so this device is apparently not authorized.  Is there a way for me regain access to my account and files now?
