1099-K software bug - Personal items sold for a loss option

I called TurboTax. They refuse to acknowledge a software bug after reporting 1099-K (personal items) with 'all items sold for a loss' selection. TurboTax is looping me during federal smart check asking to review correctly filled out 1099-K form. 1099-K Looping issue 2.pngThis question has been already answered already.
