The option is available for individuals who want to go ahead and pay the penalty. You can make the selection during the interview phase to have the IRS figure the penalty for you, and Form 2210 will not be included. Follow these steps:
- Select Other Tax Situation
- Select Edit next to Under Payment Penalty
- Select Let the IRS figure the penalty for you
