Found the fix , at least for me, hope it helps
In the Form you will see codes like A-101, THE Code Turbo tax software is asking for is the code from that list but without the letter . so A-101 Code from the sheet Is just " 101 " in the box asking for the code.
I was able to use the same code all 4 or 5 times
