I cleared my cache then downloaded, and also tried downloading on a different device, but the CF-4220 form still says DO NOT FILE.
Following the link you provided to double check, it says that print is supported for michigan form CF-4220. But since my form says DO NOT FILE, if I print it off and bring it to city hall I will get turned away
